Since I have started aerobics and yoga, boxing, kung fu, bowling and flapping my wings like a bird on the Wii...I have gained over half a kilo. Hey, that matters at 153 cms high. Roll on cycling weather. My Wii fit age has hit thirty five twice this week...and seventy five! The age test seems to rely on how long you can stand on one leg. Not a natural talent of mine.
